Sunshine Dreaming
ahh I'm so glad I got to enjoy and capture the last of the Canberra sun in my backyard....these were taken a few weeks ago..ENJOY
Sunday Scribblings - my oldest friend
my oldest friend is a lass with a spirit of gold.
she is always there looking back at me looking right through me....
at times she is a wee child with eyes full of innocent wonder who wishes to be held and cuddled...
other times she is the embodiment of a wild fiery warrior woman who likes to run and dance naked in the moonlight.....
my oldest friend is witty and loves to laugh out loud at the world, at herself and the absurdness of it all....she loves to cry under warm blankets listening to the rain. at times she retreats into a world of shyness where no one has to really look at her...
In no particular order: colour, music, dancing, vodka, sex, chai tea with chocolate biscuits give her such joy... but her most favourite thing to do, and which gives her the most joy, is to laze around under an owl tree and dream of sunshine and listen to laughter the of her children......

Sunday Scribblings- Date
...a brown wrinkled blob in my hands
sweating from just being taken from the coolness of my fridge
wrap my mouth around it, sink teeth in...
oh so sweet, my tongue tingles
oh soo chewy
chewy gooey caramel made my mother nature
no preservatives and no nasty stuff
pure eating pleasure...
ha - I heart the humble date :)
